As a psychologist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals across all stages of life in addressing a wide range of psychological challenges.
My approach is centred on fostering positive self-regard, enhancing emotional regulation, and guiding individuals toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Formally trained with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours) and Postgraduate degree in Psychology (Advanced) through Deakin University. Within in the field of research, studying, and applying therapy for over a decade, I confirmed that my passion ran bone deep and inspired me to form Kempt Minds Psychology in 2024.

My Background
After many years working within private practice, I completed additional training and finalised my qualifications. Simultaneously, I worked as a program facilitator at Belmont Private Hospital and specialised in areas of eating disorders and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) application for all presentations.

Completing my first Thesis in 2021, I dedicated a year to research into understanding comorbidity within diagnosed neurodiversity. The research focused on identifying if a specific structure of the brain coincided with a coordination disorder. This work further fueled my desire to have a greater understanding and training in neurodiversity.
Thesis Title: 'An Evaluation of Pars Opercularis Grey Matter Thickness and Motor Imagery in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder-Developmental Coordination Disorder'.
