Individual counselling

Specialising in working with adolescents and adults, we offer 50-minute individual sessions utilising evidence-based, talk-focused therapies.

Through the integration of brain-based psychoeducation and interventions informed by the latest research, we help you gain a deeper understanding of your brain's functions whilst supporting you in exploring emotional and behavioural responses. We also empower you to incorporate practical techniques and tools into your daily life for lasting change.

Guided by evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy specific for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Recognising that factors such as location, lifestyle, or personal preference may make in-person appointments difficult. We also understand that for some, discussing personal challenges face-to-face can feel daunting.

At Kempt Minds Psychology, we prioritise making therapy a supportive and stress-free experience. To this end, we offer flexible online video and telephone consultations through telehealth appointments, providing a secure, private, and comfortable space that encourages openness and fosters honest dialogue.
